Delivery
Demoteks Medikal products are available on the territory of Romania and are delivered by express courier company.
Our products are made from professional textile materials or natural leather in the Demoteks factory in Ankara, which makes the production time vary depending on the product chosen (between 1 and 10 working days), if it is not available in stock. Weekends and legal holidays are not considered working days.
The production time is specified in the "Delivery and return" section on the product page.
The delivery time is between 1-3 working days. On holidays and during discount periods, the delivery term may be extended.
Schedule
The parcels will be delivered to the address specified in the order, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 16:00 and on Saturdays between 9:00 and 14:00.
Once the product is placed under the responsibility of the courier company, Demoteks Medikal does not assume any delays that may occur along the way.
Costs
- 21 lei - for an order with a value of less than 300 lei (for orders that are within the coverage area of courier companies
- Free - for an order with a value greater than 300 lei (for orders that are within the coverage area of courier companies)
Receiving the package
The recipient will receive the package based on the signature. Upon receiving it, it is recommended that the products be checked and refused if they do not correspond to the initial order or are damaged.
